TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRICES shown are wholesale, F.O.B. our Los Angeles warehouse, prices are also subject to change without notice. MINIMUM PURCHASE of $150 is required for all initial orders and $100 for re-orders. Otherwise, a $10 handling charge will be imposed. NEW ACCOUNTS are requested to furnish four (4) trade references (rather than D&B and banks) with complete addresses of vendors from whom you purchase on open account; or payment by credit card. State of California customers are requested to furnish a copy of your state resale certificate.
TERMS Net 30 are offered on approved credit. We do not allow discount nor deduction unless agreed and authorized in writing by ARTFIELD & CRAFTSMEN. ADVERTISING allowances available upon written approval by ARTFIELD & CRAFTSMEN.The name "ARTFIELD & CRAFTSMEN" must appear in print with the item. This allowance is given only if invoices are paid within thirty (30) days of invoice date with proof of advertisement. PAYMENT must be made within (30) days from the date of invoice. Our invoice number(s) must appear on the check. All accounts over sixty (60) days past due shall be deemed delinquent and will be turned over to a collection agency for the invoice(s) amount plus finance charge and cost of collection. In the event that legal proceedings are necessary to collect any amount due to us, customer agrees that such recovery shall include reasonable attorney's fees, costs and expenses, including collection. LATE FINANCE CHARGE will be computed at the rate of 1.5% on accounts over thirty (30) days from date of invoice (annual percentage 18%). ALL RETURN requests must be notified to ARTFIELD & CRAFTSMEN within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment to obtain authorization. Any merchandise returned without authorization and/or beyond seven (7) days after the receipt of MERCHANDISE will be denied. Kindly inspect each shipment immediately upon receipt thereof and file any claim of loss or damage directly with the carrier. ARTFIELD & CRAFTSMEN will ship replacement by UPS Ground only. Special freight requests will be at customers' own expense. **International customer: Please be advised that all returns are handled domestically in the States. Artfield & Craftsmen, Inc. is not responsible for any in and outbound freight, duties or any expenses incurred in international shipping.** SHIPPING is normally one to three weeks, subject to credit approval. UPS or FedEx Ground is the common carrier unless special shipping instructions are clearly indicated on the purchase order or when the weight and/or size of merchandise necessitate motor-carriers. Most common carriers have guaranteed service, however delay due to weather condition or other natural disasters are at customer's expense. BACK ORDERS over $30.00 will be shipped when available, or unless canceled by the customer in writing. ALL COLOR, SIZE & FINISH of our hand-crafted items might vary slightly due to its handmade nature and course of product improvements. Although our products can be engraved, we cannot guarantee the workmanship of the engraver. Computerized laser engraving is highly recommended. Artfield & Craftsmen, Inc. will not be responsible for any engraved products.
